The Lumen platform is a cloud platform intended for the cloud management of Wi-Fi networks.
Developed by Guglielmo to implement the new cloud computing paradigm applied to telecommunications networks, the platform operates natively with devices from the main Wi-Fi technology manufacturers.

Every operational, management, and update aspect is realized through interfaces created with various vendors, making additional gateway and controller provision unnecessary, simplifying service implementation, as well as reducing management and maintenance costs.

The LUMEN service is provided from 2 data centers located in Italy and holds certifications including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and TIER3. The platform is configured in a Disaster Recovery (DR) mode, ensuring operational continuity in the event of failures or disasters in the primary data center.
In order to ensure customers' adequate security levels, LUMEN undergoes regular Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VA/PT) activities conducted by external vendors.
Independence from Wi-Fi vendors for maximum flexibility.
Lumen AAA is designed to be independent from Wi-Fi vendors and is therefore agnostic to existing Wi-Fi infrastructure. It can be natively integrated with major Wi-Fi vendors, allowing for the delivery of a Wi-Fi Guest service without installing its own equipment on the customer's network.
